The "Art Drop" & Product Nature
The Pre-Worn Boyfriend Sweater is a limited-edition conceptual art project. By purchasing, you acknowledge the following:
Condition: While the creative narrative involves "pre-worn" themes, the physical garments are brand new and have been professionally treated to achieve a specific aesthetic.
Scent & Allergens: Products are infused with custom fragrances. These may contain ingredients that cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals. Jockamo Barnes FZ-LLC is not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities. The product is intended for wear/display and is not for human consumption.
Final Sale: Because this is a limited-run art drop, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind," scent preference, or fit.

Shipping & International Customs
We ship from the UAE. For international orders:
Import Obligations: The recipient is the "importer of record" and is responsible for all local import duties, VAT, or customs fees.
Compliance: We are not responsible for items seized or delayed by local customs authorities due to regional fragrance or liquid regulations.
Limitations & Liability
Under no circumstances shall Jockamo Barnes FZ-LLC or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use this site, the products sold, or the templates provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product purchased.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi courts.
